It's very hard to stand with him on policy when he does shit like this.


For me, the bloom went off the rose with Powell when he twice endorsed Obama and then, HRC. McCain was a colleague of his and both he and Romney were very RINO-esque republicans. I can understand him pulling against Trump, just on personality alone. But not the Obama thing, that was bizarre.

But the man loved his country and served it well.

There is just no need for this kind of statement, ever. So low down. It's pathetic. I'm sure my Trumpist allies wouldn't approve of me saying this, which is also sad.

RIP General Powell.
